This theme will collect map-based tools for reading coordinates from a map, copying latitude-longitude values, and building quick routes with spherical distance calculations.
Use a familiar global map background to point at locations and quickly read latitude-longitude coordinates. This option is intended for broad geographic lookup and simple coordinate capture.
Later, this panel can host map-click coordinate extraction, clipboard copying, and quick route distance tools using Google Maps as the visual map source.
Use official Canadian topographic map coverage from Natural Resources Canada when the work is centered on Canada, terrain, lakes, roads, and broad navigation context.
This first version keeps things simple and opens a Canada map based on Toporama services in a dedicated Visbrunn map page.

This first version opens an interactive Kartverket map where you can pan, zoom, and read the current cursor position as latitude and longitude.
